The Hacienda at Warm Sands' Cancellation Policy states:

If The Hacienda receives notice of cancellation, shortening of stay or change of dates for a reservation 14 days or more prior to arrival, there is NO obligation, except for stays involving holidays or special events, the notice of cancellation, shortening of stay or change of dates must be received 30 days or more prior to planned arrival.

Canceling of a reservation, shortening of stay or changing of dates within 14 days or 30 days of arrival, whichever is applicable, will result in charges to the guest's credit card for all nights not re-rented.
